Our Mission
Our mission is simple. We want to tell great stories.
In a world of content and visual effects, sometimes the story gets lost. We want to get back to telling great stories that bring us together, make us laugh or cry or think outside our box. We want to get back to the source, the inspiration that drew us to film making in the first place. It sounds simple, even trite, but it is real. We are living in an era awash in media coming at us every day and every way. Some is amazing, but so much is just “content”. We believe that there is a growing appetite to get back to the roots of storytelling, in a way that compels, enlightens and engages a new generation.
New Orleans, and the Gulf South generally, is rich is character, history and storytelling. That is where we want to focus. In the land of William Faulkner, John Kennedy Toole, Anne Rice and Tennessee Williams, we want to lean in to a long tradition and pay homage to the potency of character driven, emotionally charged, well crafted work.
For those who have a great story. we can help you tell it. Logistics and fiscal responsibility married with a respect for the creative, navigating the dance between the two while finding compelling ways to realize a vision, we strive to support and celebrate the mission without breaking the bank.
